Stuart Gray: building a career through mentorship, mobility and shared values

Stuart Gray, Senior Director of Investment Research in the UK, has spent over 20 years growing his career here. He began in manager research, learning from industry leaders and meeting hundreds of investment managers.

Later, he helped build global equity focus strategies and transitioned into portfolio management, gaining new skills and working with mentors across teams.

"The culture and values we share are incredibly strong. Everyone knows how to collaborate and share knowledge. That’s what’s kept me here for over 20 years and why I plan to stay for many more”, mentions Stuart.

Stuart highlights how working with colleagues across legal, compliance, trade management and operations has helped him grow.

He believes the opportunity to learn, move between teams and work with people who share the same goals is what makes our culture so powerful.

Nimisha Srivastava: creating pathways for talent and community impact

Nimisha Srivastava, Head of Investments for North America, is passionate about making a difference in the industry and beyond. She serves on the board of DIME (Diverse Investment Management Engagement) a national wealth literacy program that equips high school students with the tools and knowledge to build real, lasting wealth.

Unlike traditional financial literacy programs that focus solely on budgeting and saving, DIME introduces students to investing, entrepreneurship and modern wealth-building strategies, bridging the gap between theory and tangible outcomes.

We’re proud to be the only consulting firm sponsoring DIME. “That matters and speaks directly to our values. Inclusion can help achieve long-term financial outcomes for our clients”, shared Nimisha.

Nimisha celebrates how our teams embrace this mission, from organizing award ceremonies to mentoring students. She sees this hands-on approach as a reflection of our purpose, working today to transform tomorrows and improving the communities around us.

Georgina Hammond: extending our contribution through volunteering and support

Georgina Hammond, Director of Talent Development, shares how volunteering with a local charity has deepened her connection to our mission.

The charity repurposes baby and children’s items for families facing hardship. Georgina joined colleagues in packing school supplies and later ran the London Marathon to raise funds for the organization.

“The support I received from leadership and colleagues made a real difference. It enabled me to give back and extend our collective contribution to our community”, refers Georgina

She reflects on how small actions can create ripple effects and how being part of our team empowers us to be bold, authentic and curious in how we show up for others.
