In Retirement Technology, we work with segment and business leaders to define their systems development needs, facilitate product management and deliver high-quality software and support. We also deliver systems, software development, user and technology support to clients across the Philippines and beyond. On our six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience this work – you’ll help us deliver it.

Qualifications
Responsibilities:
Joining us for six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:
- Develop, enhance, and support suite of system interfaces and reports using .NET and SQL technologies
- Provide ongoing support to the Retirement Technology Solutions team
- Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

Requirements:
To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be:
- In your penultimate or final year of university
- Studying for a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Development, Engineering, or a related field
- Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Experience or familiarity in web development
- Experience or familiarity with source code version control
- Willing and eager to learn new technologies
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- A quick learner who’s keen to solve challenging technical problems
- A natural team player
While not essential, knowledge of .Net development, relational databases, Agile, and Scrum methodologies would also be advantageous.
Workstyles:
We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.
