The Global Early Careers Team is responsible for the attraction, selection, assessment and engagement of early careers candidates on to our structured insight, apprentice, intern and Graduate programmes. We are driven by our commitment to inspire, engage and nurture the next generation of talent as they set out on their career paths.

The Role

Whilst studying towards a Level 3 Recruiter apprenticeship, you will support the delivery of early careers recruitment activity, helping the UK team to run programmes smoothly across different business areas and locations. Working closely with the wider team, you will assist with day-to-day tasks and help ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process. The key areas of responsibility include:

Candidate Attraction:

You will help coordinate assessment centres by supporting scheduling, logistics and communications with candidates and assessors. You will lead candidate welcome sessions and also facilitate various exercises within virtual assessment centres. For in-person events, you will provide remote operational support to the UK early careers team, including managing inboxes, monitoring attendance, updating systems such as TopScore, preparing assessment materials and supporting issue resolution during events.

After assessment centres, you will maintain accurate trackers, recording and communicating outcomes, including offers and feedback where appropriate.

There will be a strong focus on process management, data accuracy, candidate communications and operational support across multiple programmes simultaneously.

Candidate Experience / Engagement:

You will deliver a positive candidate experience by assisting with communications and engagement activities throughout the recruitment process. This may include helping to set up webinars, insight events and onboarding activities for new joiners. You will also be responsible for ensuring candidate queries are responded to promptly and professionally, helping maintain a high-quality candidate experience across all touchpoints.
