The Business
WTW Investments delivers insight‑led investment advice, delegated investment and OCIO solutions, and specialist investment capabilities to help clients navigate increasingly complex investment challenges. Within the US Wealth market, WTW acts as an investment engine for wealth managers, intermediaries, and platforms —bringing together global research, open‑architecture solutions, and a strong fiduciary mindset to drive sustainable growth and better outcomes.
The Role
This is a pivotal opportunity within our newly formed US Solutions & Strategic Initiatives team in the Investments line of business. The role plays a critical part in accelerating wealth and solutions growth across our strategic partners and broader client base.
The Key Account Executive (KAE), US Wealth is a senior commercial role accountable for building, managing and expanding WTW Investments’ most important US Wealth relationships. The focus is on deepening strategic partnerships, increasing wallet share across priority accounts, and mobilizing WTW’s full investment capabilities to drive sustainable, long‑term growth.
Positioned at the intersection of relationship leadership, commercial strategy, and distribution execution, the KAE orchestrates cross-functional teams to deliver integrated value across WTW’s investment solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Account Ownership
- Lead and manage a defined portfolio of priority US Wealth key accounts serving as the single point of commercial accountability for WTW Investments.
- Serve as the primary relationship manager for the top 20 financial advisors across partner wealth management platforms, delivering tailored engagement and strategic support to drive platform growth and advisor satisfaction.
- Develop and execute multi‑year account strategies aligned to each client’s business model, growth priorities, and investment needs.
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to build and sustain senior‑level relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers across partner organizations.
- Provide strategic advice and support to key contacts on priority business initiatives.
- Leverage WTW’s full platform- including the content engine and specialist expertise- to align intellectual capital and insights to client needs.
Growth & Commercial Execution
- Drive revenue growth through expansion of existing relationships, identifying opportunities across advisory, OCIO, delegated investment, and solution offerings.
- Design and execute strategies to drive growth within your strategic partner relationships, while strengthening client retention and satisfaction.
- Partner closely with Sales Directors to originate and close new opportunities within assigned key accounts.
- Coordinate complex, multi‑solution pursuits, ensuring disciplined opportunity management and strong commercial outcomes.
Leadership & Collaboration
- Act as the internal “quarterback” for assigned key accounts, coordinating across Sales, Research, Product, Legal, and Operations.
- Provide structured market and client feedback to inform US Wealth strategy, solution development, and go‑to‑market priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the US wealth management industry.
- Model collaboration, accountability, and client‑centric behaviors across the Investments organization.
Qualifications
The Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in senior relationship management, key account management, or strategic sales within wealth management, investment consulting, or asset management.
- Strong understanding of multi‑asset investment solutions, including alternatives and private markets across different delivery models (e.g. advisor and OCIO)
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑stakeholder relationships and drive sustained revenue growth.
- Exceptional client relationship skills, with the ability to develop trusted relationships quickly and effectively mobilize resources effectively to achieve commercial objectives.
- Demonstrated capability to solve complex investment and fiduciary challenges.
- Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Strong commercial judgment, executive presence, and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable operating in a matrixed environment with influence‑based leadership.
- CFA and / or Series 7 &, 63 preferred
Location & Travel
This role may be based in a major US WTW office location, with flexibility depending on candidate profile. Regular travel is expected to support client and prospect engagement.

Compensation And Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $150,000 to $250,000 USD per year.
The role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
