About Team:
The Know Your Customer Operations is the central team which conducts Anti Money Laundering checks and supports the due diligence requirements for the Group. The verification of client / customers is undertaken to mitigate the reputational risks/financial losses that might occur by conductingbusiness with fraudulent clients hence requiring a lot of data reporting and analysis.
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Management Information Analyst to support the data and reporting function within our Know Your Customer Operations team.
This role is responsible for delivering accurate management information, maintaining reporting systems, analysing operational data and providing insights that support strategic decision-making. You will work closely with stakeholders across multiple regions to ensure reporting requirements are met, drive continuous improvement initiatives and support ongoing technology and process enhancements.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Reporting and Analytics
- Produce and distribute recurring management reports accurately and within agreed timelines.
- Deliver key operational and performance metrics for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyse data trends and provide meaningful insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Participate in stakeholder discussions to review reporting performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure reporting frameworks remain relevant and adaptable to business needs.
Data Management
- Support, maintain and enhance existing management information systems.
- Collect, validate and manage data from multiple sources while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Maintain historical reporting data and ensure appropriate documentation is available.
- Develop and update process documentation to support operational continuity and system maintenance.
Projects and Change Initiatives
- Support work transition and transformation projects.
- Contribute to compliance-related reporting requirements.
- Assist in the implementation of reporting and technology enhancements.
- Support change management activities associated with new reporting solutions and systems.
Operational Excellence
- Analyse business information to identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency.
- Develop and maintain capacity forecasting models.
- Support business initiatives that drive operational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
- Optimise data processes and reporting methodologies.
Stakeholder Management
- Build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings and provide reporting expertise.
- Ensure clear, consistent and professional communication across all stakeholder groups.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics or a related discipline.
Postgraduate qualification in a relevant field is advantageous.
Technical Skills:
Strong experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), including:
Stored procedures
Functions
Views
Triggers
Transactions
Error handling
Experience developing and maintaining SQL Server Integration Services packages.
Experience creating reports and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Reporting Services.
Understanding of SQL Server Analysis Services tabular models.
Knowledge of data warehousing concepts, including dimensions, facts, measures and slowly changing dimensions.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Knowledge of business intelligence and data visualisation tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Exposure to C# development, including Windows Forms and ASP.NET applications.
Experience optimising database queries and improving performance.
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data analytics, reporting, business intelligence or management information functions.
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
Working knowledge of quality assurance and testing processes.
Experience preparing and maintaining technical and process documentation.

Exposure to financial services, insurance or consulting industries is advantageous.
