About the team:

The Individual Marketplace (IM) team supports people in the U.S. who need to purchase health coverage outside employer-based plans. It provides a seamless experience through Via Benefits, combining digital tools with licensed advisors to guide individuals—active employees, retirees, or those unaffiliated with an employer—through important health‑coverage decisions. IM helps employers offer greater choice, predictable costs, and reduced risk while ensuring individuals receive personalized, confidence‑building support throughout key life transitions.

Summary:

The Technical Business Analyst partners with product, business, engineering, and data teams to define functional and technical requirements, support Agile delivery, and ensure solutions meet regulatory, operational, and user needs.

Role:

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
• Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and requirement documentation.
• Act as a bridge between business, engineering, and data/AI teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
• Analyze end‑to‑end processes, integrations, and data flows.
• Participate in solution reviews, demos, release readiness

Requirements:

• B.Sc / B.E. / B.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3–5 years as a Business Analyst / Technical Business Analyst on web, mobile, or enterprise products.
• Strong requirements analysis, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data concepts.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum and tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to healthcare, benefits, insurance, or banking systems preferred.
• Experience supporting Artificial Intelligence‑enabled or automation solutions.
• Understanding Artificial Intelligence lifecycle basics: data inputs, outputs, confidence levels, limitations

BSc/BTech/BE degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
