The Client Care Representative is responsible for supporting our domestic and mid-market clients. Role will respond to inbound calls/queries, and generate leads through outbound calling/marketing campaigns. This position requires product sales and servicing experience, self-motivation and is a seasoned sales professional. A basic understanding of how survey data influences compensation planning, reward benchmarking and how to respond to RDI/W&R/Software sales opportunities. The individual will work with clients to resolve product/service issues, support internal/external clients navigating platforms, troubleshoot technical problems (inc RDI Store) and provide support The Role Relationship Building & Client Servicing

The Requirements
- Experience in a corporate environment, selling or delivering high level customer service
- Compensation/Reward/Software or related HR knowledge required
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $75,000-$101,750 USD. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
