Ashley Snyder: from Senior Client Manager to Client Operations Specialist
Ashley Snyder joined WTW in December 2022, drawn by the promise of long-term career growth. Starting as a Senior Client Manager, Ashley quickly advanced to team lead for Pittsburgh ACAs, then transitioned into a Client Operations Specialist role, and now leads the northeast geography.
Her success stems from a proactive mindset and a willingness to support her team:
“My willingness to dive in and help all team members to get the clients’ needs met. I also strive to identify process improvement opportunities and use creative problem solving regularly.”
