Applying for a role

When you find a role that feels like a good fit, you can submit your application directly through our careers site. WTW uses Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC), a centralized recruitment system so applications are reviewed and tracked consistently, ensuring an efficient process globally.

Application review

After you apply, a recruiter reviews your profile to understand your experience, skills and alignment with the role and may reach out for an initial conversation. If you’re not selected at this stage, you’ll be informed and encouraged to keep exploring other roles.

Interviews and conversations

If you move forward, you’ll be invited to interview for the position.
Interview processes may vary by role, team and location. The steps outlined here represent our general approach, so your journey may look different based on where and what you apply for.

Step 1: Speak with a recruiter about your background, the role and the process.

Step 2: (if required): Complete preliminary questions using HireVue video interview software.

Step 3: (if required): Complete a role-based assessment (skills test, business case, work samples).

Step 4: Interview with the hiring manager to discuss your experience and expectations.

Step 5: Meet with team members and/or stakeholders relevant to the role for a final interview.

If you don’t progress at any stage, you’ll be informed of the outcome. In some cases, feedback may be shared and you’re encouraged to stay connected and explore opportunities with us.

Selection, offer extension and onboarding

If you’re selected, the recruiter will guide you through the offer process. Once you accept the offer, you’ll move on to onboarding.
