What does allyship look like in everyday life?

It often starts with the small moments. Listening with empathy, making space for different perspectives, speaking up for others or simply asking, "How can I support you?". Together, these everyday actions help create a workplace where everyone feels that they belong.

We have gathered some of our colleagues around the world and asked them about how to bring these moments to life. They reminded us that allyship isn't about grand gestures or a single event on the calendar. It's something we can all practice daily to help people feel seen, valued and supported.

"Anyone can be an ally, and everyone can use an ally.", mentions David Cambell Giron

It's a simple but powerful reminder that creating an inclusive culture is something we all build together.

We believe that when people feel like they belong, they're empowered to bring their authentic selves to work, collaborate more effectively and make a greater impact. That's why inclusion and belonging are such an important part of who we are and how we work.

Our commitment to inclusion and diversity (I&D) is built around helping colleagues Belong, Join and Grow. Through our Inclusion Networks, global and regional I&D councils, and the everyday actions of colleagues around the world, we're creating an environment where everyone feels heard, respected and able to thrive.

We invite you to watch the video and hear directly from our colleagues. Because when we support one another, celebrate our differences and choose inclusion every day, we build a stronger company, together.
