A Lifelong Passion for People, Purpose
How It All Began
At 17, fresh out of school, I was asked by my mother, who worked for Willis from 1978 to 1991, if I would like to join the Marine team at WTW. I was excited and joined as a junior supporter, helping brokers issue policies, book premiums, and send documents to clients.
Early Days
From day one, my job became my hobby. Working with the Marine Brokers team has been a joy, and we often laugh together, especially when we're all in the office. The team's camaraderie and the fast-paced nature of work kept me engaged and motivated.
Present Role
I am very happy to serve clients as quickly as possible. The Marine team continues to be a source of joy and camaraderie. I take pride in ensuring our clients receive the best service and support.
