Associate Project Manager, P&C Due Diligence, Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions

The WTW Alternative Asset Insurance Solutions Industry Vertical Division is dedicated to providing exceptional service and innovative solutions to private equity sponsors and strategic buyers. We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated P&C Due Diligence Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and executing insurance due diligence projects, ensuring comprehensive analysis and assessment of the insurance-related costs, liabilities and risk exposures of mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.  We are committed to fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment where every team member can thrive and contribute to our success.

The Role

• Leading and managing the insurance due diligence process from initial engagement through the transaction close and the transition to the WTW service team 
• Developing project plans to ensure all deliverables are met within scope and timeline.
• Conducting comprehensive reviews and analyses of insurance policies, programs, and coverage to identify key risk exposures and provide recommendations to mitigate identified risks and optimize insurance coverage
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports summarizing findings, assessments, and recommendations and presenting those findings to the deal team, highlighting key risks and suggested mitigation strategies.
• Ensuring continuous communication and establishing clear expectations for both external and internal constituents
• Serving as a strong role model and influence on others for best practices including a commitment to collaboration and team dynamics.
• Staying updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance due diligence.
• Ensuring that client engagement, contract formation, and service delivery processes fully comply with WTW policies across all territorial, legal, and regulatory domains.

The Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in insurance due diligence, client management, insurance broking or related field. Open to graduates with some exposure to these fields.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work within a fast-paced, dynamic environment where superior time-management, organization, and prioritization skills are essential
• Bachelor’s Degree 
• Valid insurance broker license required.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written), along with proficiency in numerical analysis, presentation, and organization.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
• A broad understanding of property and casualty insurance policies, coverage types, and risk assessment methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional designations such as CPCU, ARM, or equivalent is a plus. 
• Previous managerial or leadership experience in a client-facing role is highly advantageous.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $95,000– $160,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
