The Role

Position is fully dedicated to a Willis client who has major construction projects in Clay, NY.

Note: Employment-based non-immigrant visa sponsorship and/or assistance is not offered for this specific job opportunity.

Primary Responsibilities 

-Manage and direct Workers’ Compensation (WC) claims for large‑scale construction projects in New York

- Coordinate OCIP WC claims program including appropriate First Notice of Loss, adjuster assignment, etc.  

- Collaborate with carriers, TPAs, and stakeholders.

- Participate in claim reviews and strategy calls.

- Review loss reports and support reserve/settlement analysis.

-Coordinate claim management resources such as Nurse Case Management, Defense Counsel, and on-site medical.

-Escalate complex or disputed claims through appropriate channels to ensure line-of-sight amongst stakeholders

Qualifications

The Requirements 

- WC claims experience in New York.

- 30 days in Clay, NY for training; quarterly site visits to Clay.

  • Strong claims knowledge and analytical ability.

- Effective communicator and collaborator.

This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.
 

Compensation and Benefits 

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation 

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $100,000.00-$125,000.00 USD annually.

 

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
