Qualifications

Responsibilities:

Joining us for five or six months, you’ll build invaluable real-world experience and apply your education in a challenging and rewarding environment. Being mentored and supported by experienced leaders, you will:

  • Assist in HR Onboarding activities
  • Contribute to the administration and processing of benefits claims 
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects pertaining to Human Resources and/or officewide issues
  • Enhance your HR skills and knowledge 
  • Get involved in process improvement initiatives
  • Learn every day, through a full induction, on-the-job experiences and opportunities to work on a diverse range of projects with expert professionals.

This internship is the perfect way to understand what we do and how closely our offering matches your career ambitions. It also presents an excellent opportunity for learning and potential full-time employment with us.

Requirements:

To transform your tomorrow with a WTW internship, you’ll need to be:

  • Seeking to be a full-time intern for 5-6 months
  • In your penultimate or final year of university
  • Studying for a degree in Business Management, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Data Science, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Multimedia Arts or a related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) 
  • Proficient in Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.) or other designing tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
  • A strong communicator with excellent organizational and work-planning skills
  • A quick learner who is keen to solve challenging technical problems.
  • A natural team player with a can-do attitude

While not essential, experience in facilitating and hosting events would be advantageous.

Workstyles:

We’re open to hybrid working for this role. This means blending working at home with at least one day a week in the office, learning from experienced colleagues and getting to know your fellow interns. Your time in the office will also include attending meetings and undertaking scheduled training.

Stage 3: Interviews, where you’ll meet members of the team, discuss your strengths and motivations, and ask any questions you may have. These will take place virtually.

Stage 4: Offer and acceptance

Stage 5: Keeping in touch, including an office visit and social events where you’ll meet some of your future colleagues.

Stage 6: Onboarding
