Description

With 48,000 colleagues in over 140 countries, we help organizations make forward-thinking choices about their people, their investments and the risks they face. Our expertise and advice make them stronger and more successful. We also support them to improve their people’s health, skills and financial wellbeing. You’ll be part of our impact right from the start.

The Talent Acquisition Team helps shape the organization by hiring professionals across both Operations and Technology functions. They work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and manage recruitment processes that bring in skilled and capable candidates.

In addition to recruitment, the team supports employer branding through partnerships with external vendors, especially for social media campaigns that highlight what it is like to work at the company. Through these efforts, the team contributes to building a strong and diverse workforce. On our three to six-month internship, you’ll do more than just experience this work – you’ll help us deliver it.

At WTW, we believe difference makes us stronger. We want our workforce to reflect the different and varied markets we operate in and to build a culture of inclusivity that makes colleagues feel welcome, valued and empowered to bring their whole selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to fostering an inclusive work environment throughout our organization. We embrace all types of diversity.
