About the team:

The Corporate Risk and Broking Technology (CRB Technology) team delivers technology and data capabilities that support the Corporate Risk & Broking business. The team designs, builds, and maintains digital platforms that enable broking, servicing, client and carrier interactions, and risk modelling. Our work focuses on digitizing business processes, capturing and analyzing risk data, improving operational efficiency, and supporting growth through scalable, integrated technology solutions developed in close partnership with business stakeholders. 

Role:

• Geospatial Platform Management:

  • Oversee GIS platforms (ESRI, QGIS), ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
  • Maintain spatial data governance and interoperability standards.

• Analytics & Power Platform Development:

  • Operationally support dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI.
  • Maintain Power Apps and Power Automate flows for workflow automation.
  • Integrate geospatial data with analytics platforms for advanced insights.

• Data Strategy & Governance:

  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and alignment with enterprise architecture.
  • Collaborate with data engineering teams to optimize data pipelines.

• Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify emerging GIS and analytics technologies to drive innovation.
  • Promote automation and self-service analytics across the organization.

• Stakeholder Engagement & Training:

  • Partner with business units to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Provide training and support for GIS tools and Power Platform applications.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of expertise in GIS technologies (ESRI, QGIS) and spatial data management

• Proficiency in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate development.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and API integrations.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and security best practices.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project delivery skills.

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or any related field.
