Description

Responsible for a portfolio of clients and prospects with accountability for retention of clients Will manage and develop client and WTW relationships and grow portfolio within the business unit.

Role

  • Renew strategy meeting s to discuss modelling and analytics results, establish design & goals, and determine marketing strategy
  • Request for renewal information sent to Client
  • Renew terms deadline with insurers 
  • Present marketing summary, proposal comparisons, analysis and recommendations to the client
  • Finalize program and obtain revised quotes from carriers
  • Provide bind order to WTW
  • Bind coverage and obtain confirmation from carriers
  • Provide confirmation of coverage and Binders to the client 
  • Issue proof of insurance (COI and Auto ID Cards)
  • Deliver Policies to WTW
  • Review policy for errors and request corrections 

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Preferably educated to degree level or relevant industry experience
  • Proven track record of delivering high levels of client service
  • Strong practical knowledge of account development and appropriate tools to achieve this aim
  • Experienced knowledge of insurance markets in order to deal effectively with client and WTW needs
  • Knowledge of WTW products and services 
  • Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
  • Ability to represent the practice and WTW with integrity and credibility
  • Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience of working with and adhering to processes and systems to support client service delivery
