Investment Legal Reviewer (Manager Onboarding)#

The Investment Legal Reviewer at WTW works closely with colleagues from all levels and teams to support investment activities for institutional pension clients. This role involves reviewing and executing formal agreements, coordinating documentation for client portfolios, and gaining global exposure to different market dynamics.

The Role

• Legal Review & Execution: Review and execute formal agreements directly impacting investment activities.

• Documentation Coordination: Manage investment documentation for institutional pension client portfolios in the U.S. and Canada.

• Project Management: Oversee and coordinate legal and administrative tasks to ensure timely completion.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with colleagues across the organization to foster collaboration and learn from diverse perspectives.

• Market Insight: Understand and adapt to different market dynamics in multiple regions.

• Experience: Relevant legal or financial services experience, ideally in asset management.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in reviewing and executing agreements.

• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

• Project Management: Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
