Lead Associate - Cyber Insurance

We’re looking for a talented and motivated Lead Associate to join our FINEX Cyber International Team at WTW London. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of international clients, supporting their cyber risk strategies through innovative insurance solutions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team that values curiosity, client focus, and continuous learning. While experience in cyber insurance is a plus, we welcome applications from brokers with strong commercial lines experience—training and development support will be provided. 

The Role

• Manage and grow a portfolio of international cyber insurance accounts.
• Support the placement of cyber risk programmes in the London market.
• Build strong relationships with clients, underwriters, and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations, renewal strategies, and market submissions.
• Stay informed on cyber risk trends, regulatory developments, and market dynamics.
• Collaborate with colleagues across FINEX and WTW’s global network to deliver best-in-class solutions.

What you’ll bring

• Understanding of the cyber insurance market, including coverage structures and risk transfer strategies
• Experience working with corporate clients, ideally with international or cross-border exposures
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to translate technical cyber risk information into actionable insurance solutions
• A collaborative mindset and a commitment to continuous learning
• Familiarity with sectors such as retail, hospitality, leisure, financial services, or technology is a plus Professional qualifications (e.g. ACII, CII) are welcomed but not essential
