Description
You will play a crucial role in driving the success of our Property and Casualty business in the region. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our client base, enhance our market presence, and deliver exceptional service. Your industry expertise will be instrumental in achieving our goals and maintaining our position as a leading insurance broker.
Duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Support the Property and Casualty North leader, providing strategic suggestion for the team.
Serve as one of the business owners of P&C practice, with direct accountability for delivering new business growth and revenue expansion.
Generate incremental clients and revenues beyond the existing portfolio, contributing materially to the team’s annual financial targets and long-term growth strategy.
Delivering measurable growth results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to ensure competitive positioning.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated insurance solutions to clients.
Oversee the broking process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company standards.
Monitor and analyze market performance, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Ensure to delivers exceptional client service and maintains high standards of professionalism.
Complete other tasks assigned by P&C North leader
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the finance or insurance-related industry. Insurance background with a focus on Property and Casualty.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
In-depth knowledge of the insurance broking process and industry best practices.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant industry software.
Fluency in Mandarin and English is preferred.
Willingness to travel within the region as required.
