Pension Brokerage Analyst - Germany

• Support the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Pension Brokerage tools and operational solutions in business tools used by the team.
• Assist senior colleagues and tool owners in testing, documentation, roll-out preparation, user support and follow-up activities related to new or enhanced tools.
• Work with Pension Brokerage colleagues to understand operational pain points, recurring issues and improvement opportunities.
• Help translate business needs into clear requirements, process documentation and practical improvement proposals.
• Contribute to process standardisation, documentation quality and knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Support initiatives linked to automation, AI, reporting, data quality and operational efficiency, always ensuring alignment with WTW standards and governance.
• Collaborate with local and international stakeholders, including operational teams, automation teams, software developers and business specialists.
• Communicate clearly with users and stakeholders, helping ensure that tool changes are understood, adopted and embedded in day-to-day work.
• Actively identify opportunities to simplify tasks, reduce manual effort, improve controls and create added value for the business.
