About the team:

The Health & Wealth Technology (HWT) team sits within WTW’s WEDO H&B Technology organization and supports the broader Health, Wealth & Career segment through technology‑driven solutions. The team is closely involved in capability building and delivering engineering excellence across data, cloud, and platform initiatives. Their work underpins critical functions that enable scalable digital products for health and wealth benefits across global markets.

Summary:

Senior Azure Data Engineer involved in all stages of the development life cycle, through requirements analysis, coding, unit testing, system testing, User Acceptance Testing and warranty-support.

Role:

• Analyzing data sets and designing and coding stable and scalable data pipelined also integrating into existing data pipelines.
• Ensure timely delivery of systems that meet functional requirements by performing comprehensive unit testing.
• Implement processes and tools to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Review, refactor, and debug code to identify and resolve defects, improve performance, and address technical debt.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for developed systems, ensuring smooth operation and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements and align technical solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience with Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Fabric, Python, Pyspark
• Good to have Azure DevOps, Azure Function App, C#, Power BI, Gen AI

Graduate with Engineering and IT specialization
