Description
Responsible for:
Working with project stakeholders to establish detailed project plans, organize and monitor milestones and report progress against objectives, escalating any scope or timeline issues and helping to remove roadblocks.
Supporting the Head of Strategy & Execution in the development and implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives across Risk & Broking businesses.
Performing data analysis and producing summary analysis on strategic and project actions.
Assembling, synthesizing, and formatting data and information for use in stakeholder and executive communications.
Providing day-to-day project management, working closely with workstream leaders and subject matter experts to meet objectives and deadlines.
Maintaining project artefacts; documentation, issues, risks, dependencies, and action log items; co-ordinate governance reporting and communicate progress to stakeholders.
Running and chairing project meetings.
Conducting ad-hoc analysis and deliverables.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in professional services industry (risk & insurance preferred), strategy or project management preferred.
Proven experience in managing the full project management lifecycle from Pre-project (scoping, deliverables, resourcing), Initialization (governance, reporting, scheduling), Execution (monitoring, risk & issue management, progress updates), through Closure.
Demonstrates effective interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), proficiency in numerical analysis, and organizational capabilities.
Familiarity with technical product and industry content and the ability to analyze and recommend strategies to deliver more impactful and succinct responses.
Demonstrates strong attention to details.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and planning skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and shifting priorities, organizing and prioritizing work, and delegating effectively.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), with ability to learn new software.

Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $200,000– $235,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
