Graduate Programs

- For actuarial roles, we’re looking for candidates in their final year of graduation, who are pursuing a Bachelor’s in Commerce, Economics, Maths, Statistics, Business or another analytical subject. You must also have a 6.5 CGPA or above, or 65% until last semester.
- For Management Consultant roles, we’re looking for candidates in the final year of an MBA or PGDM with a 6.5 CGPA or above, or 65% until last semester. If you’re a good communicator who enjoys building relationships and working effectively in teams, you’ll fit right in.

Management Trainee – Corporate Risk & Broking
Gain deep insight into our risk management work while developing the leadership qualities and customer service skills you need to become one of our future leaders. Sponsored by senior management, you can expect ongoing support and coaching. You’ll also receive a structured learning curriculum which includes training sessions.
Actuarial Analyst – Insurance Consulting & Technology
Our Insurance Consulting and Technology business helps leading insurance clients improve their business performance by providing cutting-edge software, solutions and advice. You’ll work with the team to perform reserve studies, pricing, and capital management activities for our insurance company and self-insured clients. This will involve preparing and analyzing data and presenting your results to clients.

Actuarial Analyst – Retirement
Retirement is our largest business, which shows just how important it is. As an actuarial analyst, you’ll join project teams focused on performing actuarial valuations of employee benefits provisions. You’ll work with global companies as well as local Indian businesses – preparing and analyzing data and then presenting the results.
Consultant – Work & Rewards
This is a diverse team with three core pathways to pursue. In Work, Reward & Career, you’ll help clients improve their business performance through their people. In Executive Compensation, you’ll work with boards of directors to get all elements of executive pay right. And in Rewards Data & Intelligence, you’ll provide market-leading data, insight and software to organizations across a range of industries. Whichever route you choose, you’ll work with experienced consultants on a broad project portfolio.
