    Do you have a proven track record of sales success in a cybersecurity software or related technology company? Would you like to be responsible for developing and overseeing the sales and go-to-market strategy and execution of a new business at WTW? If so, we have an exciting opportunity to join WTW as the Head of Sales for Indigo Vault Documents. As we launch and scale, we are seeking an individual who is eager to build and execute a world-class sales strategy from the ground up, drive revenue growth, and establish a strong market presence.  The ideal candidate is a high-energy, hands-on sales generator and leader with deep expertise in cybersecurity software and experience in both start-up and scale-up environments. This role requires someone who can develop and execute a Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy from scratch, build a high-performing sales strategy, and drive predictable revenue growth. As the Head of Sales you will make a significant impact by driving innovation, overseeing the day-to-day sales operations of a new business unit within WTW, and bringing a new patented cybersecurity software product into the market. Indigo Vault Documents is a security software for corporate entities focused on protecting Intellectual Property contained in various document types.

     

    The Role

    • Develop and execute on a scalable sales strategy from the ground up, including defining ICP (Ideal Customer Profile), sales motion, and engagement tactics
    • Design and implement a comprehensive GTM strategy that aligns with market trends, competitive dynamics, and company objectives.
    • Define and execute lead generation strategies, including outbound prospecting and inbound lead optimization to build a robust and predictable sales pipeline in addition to establishing and tracking key sales metrics to optimize performance and forecasting
    • Personally engage with prospects and customers, lead high-value pilots/POCs, enterprise deals, and close strategic opportunities 
    • Own and exceed revenue and sales targets by optimizing sales processes, refining pricing models, and identifying new revenue streams
    • Implement best-in-class sales methodologies, CRM workflows, and sales enablement tools to drive operational efficiency 
    • Instill a results-driven, customer-centric, and collaborative mindset within the team; work closely with other members of the commercial operations team and product development team including helping to guide further development of the existing product, ensuring it meets market needs and maintains a competitive edge
    • Work closely with prospects and customers to understand their cybersecurity needs, positioning our solution as mission-critical
    • Define and execute strategic partnership strategy to strengthen the business’s position in the market and to enable optimal distribution. This includes working with the Partnerships and Alliances team and establishing strong relationships with key external distribution partners, licensees or resellers, and channels to accelerate market penetration
    • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, emerging trends, and industry best practices, translating them into actionable strategies

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • 10+ years of sales and leadership experience in cybersecurity software.
    • Proven ability to build and scale sales operations from scratch, including developing GTM strategy, hiring teams, and optimizing processes
    • Strong expertise in lead generation, pipeline development, and account-based selling strategies
    • Demonstrated success in driving predictable and repeatable revenue growth in start-up or scale-up environments
    • Experience leading both direct and channel sales motions
    • Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with the ability to both strategize and execute
    • Data-driven mindset with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Dynamics) and sales analytics tools
    • Strong relationships within the cybersecurity ecosystem, including customers, partners, and influencers
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate colleagues, build relationships, and negotiate effectively
    • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, coupled with the ability to identify market opportunities.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

     

    Compensation

    The base salary range being offered for this role ranges  [$175,000 – $225,000] USD per year, commensurate with experience and skills & competencies. 

    This role is also eligible for high commission potential on individual tiered commission incentives on sales to target and sales in excess of target.

If Level 38 or more senior role is in Washington State, you must add the retirement benefits paragraph to the job description. Please note: Producer Sales roles are not currently eligible for the WTW Pension Plan.
