Summary

We are seeking a skilled Identity and Access Management, Identity & Access Management Analyst to design, implement, and operate SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with SailPoint implementation. User Access Recertification, Identity lifecycle management, source integration, provisioning and related areas. This role collaborates closely with business team and audit teams to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity governance across the organization

 

Role

  • This role will help support Identity and Access Management (IAM) function within WTW and includes activities such as:
  • Design, Implement and operate SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud.
  • Conduct User Access Certifications, configure role-based access controls (RBAC), manage non-human identities and workflows.
  • Implement and support provisioning and de‑provisioning processes (joiner, mover, leaver).
  • Integrate Sailpoint with other enterprise applications – HR system, Active Directory, Entra, cloud platforms and other business applications.
  • Monitor and support Identity and Access Management operations and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
  • Support automation initiatives by creating scripts, automation workflows, or leveraging APIs to streamline IAM operations.
  • Prepare and provide required documentation and evidence to support periodic internal and external audits, including SOX, ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, and other regulatory assessments.
  • Ensure SailPoint configurations and IAM processes adhere to regulatory and security standards.

 

Requirements

  • 5-8 years' hands-on experience in deploying and maintaining Identity & Access Management governance tools, with SailPoint experience being highly desirable.
  • Strong process understanding of Joiners-Movers-Levers (JML), Role based access control (RBAC), User Access Certification, Identity lifecycle management, management of non-human identities.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Identity & Access Management controls and how to implement them effectively such as; toxic combinations, segregation of duties, least privileged and zero trust.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (SOX,SOC2, ISO 27001, HIPPA, etc.)
  • Demonstrates strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on driving operational excellence and continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of other Identity & Access Management tools like CyberArk, Entra, Active Directory etc. would be advantageous.
  • Knowledge of scripting using power shell, SQL, along with working knowledge of Power Automate and Power BI, would be a valuable advantage

Graduation in any stream.
