JUNIOR RETIREMENT ADVISOR

The JUNIOR RETIREMENT ADVISOR will support projects in Retirement Business in Italy.

The role is suitable for candidates with small or no previous experience.

At WTW, we're committed to shaping the future of retirement and securing financial well-being. We're searching for a JUNIOR RETIREMENT ADVISOR eager to learn about Pension funds management and consulting in our Milan team.

The successful candidate will play a role in helping our clients navigate the complex world of retirement planning, pension and long term savings management . You will support our Senior Consultants in providing advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, helping them make informed decisions about their retirement and pension programs.

The candidate will be able to:

• Engage with clients and ensuring high quality work delivery
• Support in developing commercial strategies and events;
• Operate with teams with different profiles and responsibilities, also outside of Italy
• Participate in projects related with benefits plan design (including auditing and benchmarking), implementation and management of retirement programs, design and implementation of financial wellbeing programs, among other services. 

The Requirements

• Graduated 
• Written and spoken English is a strong requirement
• Good skills in Excel and Powerpoint tools
• Some knowledge of Pension Funds market and/or insurance market (would be a plus)
• Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
