Votre travail consistera à développer, à concevoir et à tester des logiciels et des programmes répondant aux besoins de nos clients.

    Comment nous travaillons

    Nous concevons des logiciels et des programmes capables de répondre aux besoins très variés de nos clients, notamment dans les secteurs suivants : administration des avantages sociaux, planification et gestion de la rémunération, mobilisation des employés, analyse et évaluation des talents, assurance IARD et gestion du risque. Nous menons également des études qui portent sur des secteurs d’activité, des marchés en particulier, ainsi que sur les clients et les concurrents. Les données obtenues nous aident dans la planification des produits et de la stratégie de commercialisation. Nous utilisons une myriade de techniques de recherche comme les analyses de données, les sondages, les groupes de discussion, les entretiens individuels, ainsi que la recherche sur le Web et d’autres recherches documentaires.
