Join our graduate program and you’ll contribute to client assignments, network with senior leaders and develop the skills and experience to build a successful career. You’ll also be able to explore client sectors including:

  • Our Graduate Program lasts two years. 

  • Take on real responsibilities that make an impact.
  • A variety of assignments, to help you build valuable experience and skills.  
  • Exposure to different parts of our business and develop a good understanding of what we do and how we do it.  
  • Plenty of technical training and the support of senior leaders. 
  • Progress toward a recognized professional qualification.
For those pursuing an actuarial career:
  • Receive mentorship and support as you work toward becoming a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or an equivalent professional body.
  • Benefit from a flexible study package that includes membership fees, study materials, exam entry (with one re-sit), and generous study leave.

  • We’re looking for new graduates from recognized universities who aspire to build a successful career in the insurance and risk management industry.
