This role will play a key creative role in how strategic stories are brought to life across Technology. This role goes beyond presenting information—it’s about crafting visual experiences that spark clarity, confidence, and action. 

Working hand-in-hand with technology leaders and change managers, this role will turn complex strategies into compelling narratives that resonate with every audience. Through powerful storytelling in PowerPoint, the analyst will help shape the way the organization understands its priorities, celebrates progress, and embraces new ways of working.

This is a role for someone who thrives at the intersection of design, data, and strategy, and who can transform ideas into visuals that inspire decision-making and drive engagement.

The role will:

Executive Storytelling & Presentation Development

  • Design and build executive‑level PowerPoint presentations for leadership forums, board meetings, operating reviews, and strategic updates.
  • Translate complex technology topics (e.g., cybersecurity, infrastructure, cloud, digital transformation) into business‑focused narratives that resonate with CEOs, COOs, and Board members.
  • Develop clear story arcs, structured messaging frameworks, and executive summaries that drive understanding and informed decision‑making.
  • Apply strong visual hierarchy, layout, and data visualization principles to ensure clarity, focus, and impact.

 

Partnership with Senior Stakeholders

  • Partner closely with the CIO, CISO and senior technology leaders to understand strategic priorities and evolving narratives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor on presentation structure, messaging, and executive tone — challenging content where necessary to improve clarity and outcomes.
  • Support leadership in preparing for high‑stakes discussions by anticipating questions, concerns, and areas of executive focus.

 

Visual Standards & Consistency

  • Elevate the overall quality and consistency of technology leadership materials while adhering to corporate brand guidelines.
  • Create and maintain reusable templates, layouts, and visual standards suitable for executive and board audiences.
  • Ensure high standards of accuracy, polish, and attention to detail in all deliverables.

 


Act as a trusted advisor to change managers and project leads, ensuring communication materials align with our Global Technology strategy and resonate with diverse audiences.

This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, creative design skills, and change management understanding, making it critical to the success of strategic agenda

Qualifications

Essential skills/experience

Experience & Professional Maturity

  • 5+ years of experience in roles such as executive presentation development, consulting, strategy, PMO, or executive communications, within a global or large‑scale organization.
  • Demonstrated experience creating presentations for senior leaders and board‑level audiences.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and timelines with flexibility.


Executive Communication & Storytelling

  • Exceptional ability to translate technical or analytical content into clear, business‑relevant narratives.
  • Strong written communication skills, with experience crafting executive summaries and leadership‑ready content.
  • Ability to structure ambiguous input into logical, compelling stories.


Visual & PowerPoint Expertise

  • Advanced expertise in PowerPoint, including slide masters, layouts, data visualization, and executive‑ready polish.
  • Ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate and enhance PowerPoint creation, including generating slide content, structuring narratives, and refining visuals while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Strong understanding of design fundamentals: layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy — applied appropriately for professional, boardroom contexts.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex concepts into digestible visuals without oversimplifying content.
  • Outstanding attention to detail, strong analytical skills and structured approach


Stakeholder & Collaboration Skills

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills; confident working directly with senior leaders.
  • Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to work.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities, exercise judgment independently, and deliver with pace. 

 

Desirable

  • Experience supporting board materials, read‑ahead packs, or leadership operating reviews.
  • Background in management consulting, transformation, or technology strategy environments.
  • Familiarity with SharePoint or intranet content structuring for executive communications.
  • Experience with visual assets beyond PowerPoint (e.g., light video or infographics)
