Key Responsibilities

Design and execute comprehensive wellness strategies tailored to the needs of clients in the India market.
Lead the development of health and wellness initiatives, including physical, mental, and financial wellbeing programs.
Collaborate with client HR teams, insurers, healthcare providers, and other stakeholders to deliver impactful wellness solutions.
Monitor wellness program effectiveness through data collection, analytics, and reporting; recommend improvements based on insights.
Conduct wellness workshops, seminars, and campaigns to raise awareness and encourage participation.
Stay updated with emerging trends, regulations, and best practices in health and benefits, particularly in the Indian context.
Manage wellness budgets, vendor relationships, and ensure program compliance with local laws and company policies.
Support business development by providing expertise on wellness solutions during client pitches and renewals.
Serve as a subject matter expert on wellness, representing the organization at industry forums and client events.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
15-20 years of experience in wellness program management, corporate health, or employee benefits, preferably within India.
Strong understanding of health risk assessment tools, wellness technologies, and local healthcare systems.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement successful wellness initiatives.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with experience in evaluating program outcomes and ROI.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of local Indian languages is an advantage.
Certification in wellness, nutrition, or employee health (e.g., Certified Wellness Program Manager) is desirable.
