Senior BA - Agentic AI (Night Shift)

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will translate business needs into scalable processes, requirements, and test solutions. You will leverage agentic AI expertise to define AI-enabled workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements while collaborating with global stakeholders across North America and Asia Pacific.

The Role

• Define business processes, requirements, governance controls, and operational readiness for technology-enabled and AI-enabled solutions. 

• Analyze agentic AI workflows, including agent behavior, integrations, decision boundaries, and human oversight controls. 

• Partner with product managers, developers, domain experts, and stakeholders to define scalable, testable solutions. 

• Develop and execute test plans to validate business rules, AI agent behavior, integrations, exceptions, and user acceptance criteria. 

• Perform impact, root-cause, and process analyses to mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement. 

• Leverage SQL and data analysis to validate outcomes, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making. 

• Apply Agile and SDLC practices across requirements, testing, implementation, and post-release support.

• Promote quality and consistency through coaching, knowledge sharing, and quality reviews.

The Requirement

• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product analysis, process analysis, or a related role. 

• Proven experience in business and process analysis, including requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, process design, and impact analysis. 

• Hands-on experience creating and executing test plans and cases for functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.

• Proven experience supporting AI-enabled solutions, including agentic AI workflows, governance controls, and human oversight requirements.

• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies, SDLC, SQL, data analysis, APIs, and system integrations.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across global, cross-functional, and virtual teams. 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results. 

• Willingness to work a permanent night-shift schedule in Manila
