  • Evaluate and mitigate risks associated with third-party vendors, cloud transition, and large-scale infrastructure changes.
  • Oversee due diligence, risk monitoring, and assurance of third-party IT suppliers critical to business operations.

Technology Design

  • Collaborate with Architecture, IT and Cyber Security teams to integrate resilience into security-by-design practices.
  • Promote resilient design patterns in cloud architectures, platforms, and software systems.

Stakeholder Engagement and Governance

  • Forge strong relationships with business, IT, risk, and compliance teams to integrate resilience considerations across projects.
  • Provide regular briefings and insights to executive leadership and relevant governance committees.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor for technology resilience and operational continuity planning.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the technology resilience function, ensuring high performance, engagement, and talent retention.
  • Embed a culture of accountability, ethics, and continuous learning within the team.
  • Ensure cross-functional collaboration to integrate resilience knowledge across IT, security, and operational functions.
