Join our two-year Corporate Risk and Broking program, and you’ll gain deep insight into our risk management work, while developing the leadership qualities and customer service skills you need to be one of our leaders of the future.
The rotational program is sponsored by senior management and provides you with ongoing support and coaching from the program management team. You will also benefit from a structured learning curriculum, including training sessions and study support towards your CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) qualification.

Retirement Actuarial Program
Retirement is our largest business, which reflects what an important issue it is. As a graduate here, you will have a unique opportunity to become expert in a demanding but highly rewarding environment, where you can expect to be offering consulting to clients on assets and liabilities worth many hundreds of millions of pounds.
Global Services and Solutions Program
Our Global Services and Solutions (GSS) team manages global, local and cross-border benefits and compensation issues for our multinational clients. As part of our 50-strong London team, you will learn how to deliver and coordinate a broad range of consulting services, initially by drafting reports and emails and preparing documents for meetings. You may also get involved in areas such as global health and wellbeing, global benefits management and defined contribution oversight.
Talent Consulting Program
The greatest asset of most organizations is their people. In an era of rapidly developing technology, greater workforce mobility and increasing customer demands, having a cohesive talent strategy is crucial for business success. Our talent consultants use a combination of consulting approaches and technology solutions to help clients with the design, implementation and communication of effective talent strategies. Areas you could potentially become expert in here include business transformation, leadership and manager effectiveness, listening strategies, performance management and workforce analytics and planning.

Software Development Program
Technology is increasingly integral to the insurance industry – and we are proud to say that over 1,000 companies around the world use our insurance software solutions. In fact, we are the world’s largest provider of actuarial software. As a graduate, you will be able to start working on real projects from day one, gaining exposure to all aspects of professional software development and learning how to use the latest tools and techniques.
