Risk & Broking 

Join one of the world's leading insurance broking and risk advisory businesses and see how we help organisations understand, manage and prepare for risk. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you'll gain insight into how we support clients ranging from small businesses to global organisations.

During your internship, you'll contribute to real projects, build your commercial awareness and develop skills in communication, problem-solving and working with data. You'll gain valuable experience while exploring the many career paths available across the insurance industry.

Actuarial Consultant            Intern

Join our Insurance Consulting and Technology team and use data and modelling to help solve complex challenges for insurance companies. You’ll contribute to client, research and development projects, analyse data and work with colleagues to deliver insights that support decision-making.

At the same time, you’ll build your analytical, technical and consulting skills while gaining experience of real actuarial work.

You’ll need:

  • Be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline with an A or above in A-Level Maths (or equivalent) and A/B minimum from two further A Levels.

ICT Technology Software Engineering Intern

Join our Insurance Technology team and help develop technology solutions used by insurance companies around the world. You’ll contribute to software projects, work with a range of technologies and collaborate with colleagues to solve technical challenges.

You'll build your programming, analytical and problem-solving skills while gaining experience across the software development lifecycle.

You’ll need:

  • Be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate, technical or analytical discipline plus an A* in A Level Maths and two further A grades at A Level.

Join our Retirement team and help organisations manage their pension and retirement programmes. You’ll work on live client projects, analyse data and support clients in understanding and managing pension-related risks.

You’ll need:

  • Be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree in a numerate discipline

  • Be on track to receive a minimum 2:1 degree in any discipline with an B in A-Level Maths (or equivalent)
