Engage and align with key stakeholders and cross-functional team to discover, analyse and document needs / Job To Be Done (JTBD) into solution design that balances users’ need [usability], business & regulatory constraints & consideration [viability], and technical inputs [feasibility]
- Ensuring on-time, quality and value-focused delivery with clear and well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria (e.g., leveraging BDD and INVEST framework), leading refinement/grooming sessions to be ready for development ahead of sprint starts.

- Be data-driven: Partnering with Data team to generate actionable insights, leverage those insights to achieve goals set for the product; continuously experiment and iterate as you deliver your roadmap in order to find innovative and effective solutions.
- Create and maintain materials for users and internal stakeholders that clearly communicate product capabilities; and support internal training and enablement for Customer Success and Operations teams
- As a senior member in the team, you will mentor and coach other product team members on delivering value across lifecycle, and champion and shape team culture on ‘product and growth mindset’

At WTW, we trust you to know your work and the people, tools and environment you need to be successful. The majority of our colleagues work in a ”hybrid” style, with a mix of remote, in-person and in office interactions dependent on the needs of the team, role and clients. Our flexibility is rooted in trust and “hybrid” is not a one-size-fits-all solution. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and so we encourage requests for all types of flexible working as well as location-based arrangements. Please speak to your recruiter to discuss more.
