About the team

The team ensures the successful delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions that are reliable, compliant and closely align with the specific needs of the business. This role involves the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, which includes the creation and refinement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompts to ensure optimal performance and relevance.

This role requires a strong focus on maintaining alignment with both technical requirements and overall business standards, ensuring that all solutions adhere to established protocols and best practices. The analyst will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, shape solutions, and ensure successful delivery of Artificial Intelligence (AI) initiatives within Asia’s Corporate, Risk and Broking (CRB) business.  

Core priorities are therefore:

  1. Embed and integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) -Driven workflows into the business 

  2. Develop and deliver solutions such Copilot, Agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other Willis Proprietary Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies for business requirements 

The Role

  • Direct reporting to Chief of Staff, Asia and directly supervised by the Data, Tech and Artificial Intelligence (AI) Lead, Asia 
  • Perform business analysis for high-impact Artificial Intelligence (AI) projects, focused on agent creation and automation 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across broking and operations teams to gather and translate requirements into effective Artificial Intelligence (AI) prompt strategies. 
  • Develop multi-step, agentic workflows incorporating reasoning, retrieval, and decision support 
  • Design, build and deploy Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents for use by brokers using Microsoft Copilot Studio 
  • Conduct gap analyses, process mapping, and impact assessments. 
  • Monitor project progress, risks and benefits realisation 
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and data governance standards 
  • Monitor prompt performance, collect user feedback, and report findings to governance forums 
  • Contribute to Artificial Intelligence (AI) adoption initiatives (e.g., drop-in sessions, newsletters, success stories) 
  • Maintain prompt documentation, libraries for transparency and scalability

 

Qualifications

  • Degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field. 
  • Certifications in Artificial Intelligence (AI)/ Machine Learning (ML) (e.g., Coursera, Microsoft, Google). 
  • Experience with Generative Artificial Intelligence (Gen Artificial Intelligence (AI)) platforms and Power Platforms (e.g., Copilot Studio, LLM, Power Automate).  
  • Ability to design, test, and optimise prompts for Large Language Model (LLMs) and agentic Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions.  
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies, Technical Prompting, and systematic use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to achieve impactful business outcomes. 
  • Demonstrable logical and systematic thinking skills, and wiliness to apply that to Artificial Intelligence (AI) driven processes, and solutions. 
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. 
  • Impactful commercial acumen and strategic thinking. 
  • Experience in insurance, broking, or financial services preferred.
