Position Overview: The Real Estate Surety Sales Professional is responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients in the real estate sector, providing them with WTW’s proprietary surety bond solutions to support their financing needs. This role involves a combination of sales, client management, and technical expertise in real estate financing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Management: Identify and engage potential clients in the real estate sector, understanding their financing needs and offering tailored surety bond solutions.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate financing and surety bond markets.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of surety bond products.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions with clients and underwriters to secure favorable agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, real estate, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate financing industry.
  • Knowledge of real estate financing.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Analytical skills to assess client needs and real estate market conditions.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
