    Description

    As a Health and Benefits Associate, you will be a key member of the client service team, engaging directly with clients and establishing relationships across all levels of the client organization. You will substantially contribute to the management of projects, leveraging your experience as a benefits expert to make recommendations on plan design and management for the full array of health and benefits programs. You will have the opportunity to position yourself to grow into a senior role by serving as a pivotal point of contact on projects and working alongside industry experts on cutting edge solutions. 

    Account Management

    • Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of multinational clients.
    • Maximizing account profitability for each client by:
    • Achieving optimum remuneration consistent with competitive premium level as compared
    • with services provided
    • Managing credit control and invoicing
    • monitoring workload
    • Developing the "total service program" for each client by promoting the full range of Willis
    • services where a need exists
    • Enhancing/building client relationships and getting to know clients including decision makers
    • Materially contributing to and/or leading project management; monitoring progress against
    • established objectives, budgets, timelines, deliverables and quality standards; and serving as day to
    • day contact for clients
    • Build and maintain effective long-term client relationships and a high level of client satisfaction by
    • cooperating with other departments to ensure key claim settlement or client complaint handling
    • Monitor claims activity and assist clients with claims resolution as needed
    • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for clients, demonstrating the value of services provided

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years experience in a Health & Benefits consulting or brokerage role, or from a C&B
    • function in industry
    • University degree
    • Insurance industry knowledge preferable
    • Proven account management experience with multinational clients.
    • Technical proficiency in Thailand employee benefits
    • Excellent ability to communicate effectively with a strong focus on customer service
    • Polished and well developed oral and written communication skills
    • Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation
    • Desire and ability to expand relationships with current clients
    • Self-starter attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Flexibility and proven ability to identify and resolve issues
    • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency in English language
