    Description

    The Role

    Overview:

    As the Market Leader for Employee Experience (EX), you are an integral part of each market’s local Leadership Team, the Region EX business leadership team and the Extended EX NA Leadership Team. The Market Leader will drive the local sales and marketing strategy, manage and expand large client relationships, and serve as strategic advisor to clients concerning all their EX-related issues; including Organization Insights & Change along with Communication & Engagement Solutions. You will lead and develop the local team and help drive the recruiting and talent development strategy. You’ll also be asked to contribute your thought leadership to the overall development of EX. Your team leadership and personal contributions will have impact on North America’s P&L as well as WTW’s global brand and market share.

    Role expectations may include:

    • Sales and marketing strategy: Primary accountability for leading and executing a business strategy to penetrate the market, introduce new clients to the firm and expand relationships with current clients. You will partner with local and regional leaders and senior sellers across Health, Wealth and Careers and Corporate Risk & Broking to position the Employee Experience business to:   
      • Identify opportunities to cross-sell new products and services  
      • Collaborate with sales teams to identify, develop and close strategic sales opportunities  
      • Build relationships with internal and external sources to maximize the penetration of key target accounts  
    • People management and development: Develop and execute on strategic staffing plans for each market, including all people processes (e.g., recruiting, training and development, goal setting and performance management, employee engagement and compensation/bonus recommendations)
    • People management processes: Establish People Management team and ensure all aspects of the performance and pay process are executed effectively for your team
    • Collaboration: Collaborate across Region (s), Geography, LOBs and Segments to effectively pursue and deliver on multi-faceted global opportunities
    • Client relationship management and delivery: Responsible for all aspects of local delivery of WTW advisory, data and technology solutions for the LOB. Collaborate with the EX Community Leaders along with local HWC leaders and LRMs to develop client strategies to deepen, broaden and build profitable relationships, including the management and deployment of staff to effectively deliver client work.
    • Excellence: Ensure appropriate governance and work quality process are adopted on all work carried out

    Qualifications

    The Requirements:
    • 10+ years of business experience, including demonstrated team leadership
    • Significant knowledge and understanding of Employee Insights and Assessments, Organizational and HR Transformation, EX Strategy and Change Management  
    • Exceptional client relationship management skills 
    • Strong analytical skills; the ability to synthesize data and develop insights
    • Proven success working independently as well as working collaboratively to assist others in generating a deal flow 
    • Ability to manage and collaborate with multiple stakeholders within the segment and the geography
    • Keen business acumen and proven ability to align clients’ business strategies and programs 
    • Self-starter who can thrive in a fast paced evolving business environment and operate fairly independently 
    • An executive presence with polished and well developed written and oral communication skills 
    • Availability to travel on an as needed basis 
    • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA preferred

    This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until a sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.

    Compensation and Benefits

    Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements for various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role base on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual qualifications, education/profession certifications, experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

    Compensation

    The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $170,000- $250,000 USD per year. This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
