Senior Associate - FINEX Reinsurance

The Role

• Manage and execute regional FINEX Reinsurance strategy, working closely with the FINEX Global Line of Business, which includes implementation of strategy for Broking, Operations, Sales / Promotion and stakeholder management
• Drive sustainable business growth aligning with Broader Global Practices within FINEX and Corporate Risk & Broking Priorities within Asia
• Strategy and planning facilitate collaborative processes, ensuring well-articulated and prioritized set of medium and long-term goals in delivery of FINEX Global proposition and strategy.
• Provide Team leadership, support and guidance in maintaining high levels of integrity and morale.
• Help maintain staff competence by ensuring that staff skills or knowledge gaps are met with appropriate training and development, so they are able to perform to their maximum capability
• Provide directional management including financial and operational responsibility whilst adhering to Group standards.
• Maximize P&L opportunities by capturing synergies and efficiencies across the regional line of business landscape
• Insurer relationships: Support and build strong relationships with underwriters/insurers
• Client Management – Oversee and manage Key Client relationships and promote upsell/cross sell opportunities.

The Requirements

• At least 10 years relevant experience and qualifications
• A strong execution ability and management of time sensitive issues
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Candidates should be highly motivated with good interpersonal skills
• Independent and self-motivated individuals who work well in a team environment and who will consistently strive to deliver the best to WTW’s clients.
