    Description

    WTW is seeking a Systems & Administration Support person to join our fast paced and vibrant Retail team in the Melbourne office. As a result of continued growth this is a new role to the Retail team.

    As Systems and Administration Support you will be responsible for data entry and technical support to our Implementation Analyst responsible for our proprietary software platform including additional systems within WTW. With a key focus on delivering functional and responsive platforms to empower our broader team to manage volume customer service requirements, you will be directly contributing to the success of our business. 

    This role offers you an opportunity to work alongside our Implementation Anaylst and develop technical skills in a professional environment and which will require a highly organised approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise.

    The Role

    • Data entry and trouble shooting
    • Workflow management 
    • Research various data sources
    • Collaborating with internal stakeholders
    • Preparation of Microsoft Office reports in accordance with company standards 
    • Preparation and reporting of key metrics from various platforms and databases 
    • Assisting in project activities
    • Managing correspondence in a timely and confidential manner
    • Handle confidential and sensitive information professionally with a high level of integrity

    Qualifications

    The Requirements

    • Proven experience within a systems and/or technical role will be an advantage 
    • A mature approach with demonstrated experience in displaying good judgement, initiative and intuition
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to work effectively and autonomously whilst maintaining a willingness to work effectively as part of a team as required
    • Organised and methodical with attention to detail, accuracy and ability to anticipate needs
    • Strong organisational, project management and problem-solving skills with excellent multi-tasking abilities
    • Strong client service orientation
    • Calm, professional manner especially when under pressure
    • Be a self-starter with a can-do attitude keen to develop new skills and learn new programs
    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills with a willingness to become familiar with bespoke software
