Senior Associate - Marine

WTW Indonesia CRB Marine Division are looking for candidate with Marine Cargo Insurance experience who has a passion for New Business, Outstanding Client Service and progressing their Marine Insurance career.  This would be a hybrid role with flexibility to Work from WTW Office and to Work From Home.
 

The Role

• Working with Leads and Prospects in terms of Marine Cargo and other Marine Insurances
• Negotiating Marine Insurance placements with Insurers and Underwriters
• Servicing selected portfolio of Marine Insurance Accounts and ensuring Clients satisfaction and retention
• Conducting regular meetings and presentations to understand Clients’ need and provide tailored Marine Insurance solutions
• Using Dynamic 365 as Main Plafform
• Avoiding Errors and Ommissions claims
• Invoicing and clearing of premiums with Clients and Insurers
   

The Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years experience in Marine Cargo Insurance, Sales, New Business or Marine Insurance Broking or Marine Insurance Underwriting
• Good understanding on Marine Cargo Insurance and underwriting priciples
• Insurance Broking experience on Hull & Machinery plus Protection & Indemnity insurances would be highly regarded
• Successfully completed studies or University Degree in Business Administration or Economics or Maritime sector
• Accuracy in dealing with numbers in daily business and with attention to detail
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Good communication and presentation skiils
• High Client and Service orientation
• Team player with independent way of working
• Proficiency in MS Office, paricularly Excel
