    We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional to join our Sales Center team as a Senior Sales Director of Strategic Implementation. 

    How the Position Works:

    This role will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be responsible for overseeing the development and subsequent implementation of key strategic sales initiatives.  To achieve the desired result, someone in this role will need to demonstrate expert level analytical skills, a keen understanding of data in a call center environment and have superb communication and organizational skills required to partner with key stakeholders across the organization.  The Senior Director of Strategic Implementation must be people-centric and a natural leader that is focused on creating change through inspiration and accountability. This role is well suited for someone who likes a fast-paced environment, who demonstrates the ability to drive initiatives forward by effectively collaborating with others and is a creative thinker. 

    Key Responsibilities include:

    • Collaborate across the organization to establish new initiatives and transition them from incubation/testing into full integration with core team functionality.
    • Provide strategic leadership and direction for the call center, aligning operations with organizational objectives and values.
    • Oversee discovery and assessment of new initiatives, identifying challenges and opportunities. 
    • Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders, providing timely updates and feedback.
    • Lead operational and executional planning, ensuring development timelines are tracked efficiently.
    • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
    • Understand the definition of success, as defined by the sales and/or business teams; align efforts with sales and business teams to ensure goals are met and success is consistently achieved.
    • Identify training gaps and ensure proper materials and programs are developed, either directly or in collaboration with the training team.
    • Optimize, refine, and improve results continuously. 
    • Must have the ability to travel as needed to attend team events and meetings.
    • This position would require operating in a Hybrid work environment within office days twice a week and working remotely three days a week.

    Qualifications

    What You Need to Be Successful:

    • 10+ years of leadership experience in a call center environment.
    • Proven track record of success in improving call center efficiency, performance, and customer satisfaction.
    • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
    • Understanding of Medicare and Medicaid regulations and healthcare industry best practices a plus. 
    • Demonstrated problem solving ability with experience providing business insights and recommendations. 
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to provide actionable business insights.
    • Budget management and financial acumen.
    • Strong analytical and conflict resolution skills.
    • Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines.
