Since its launch in 2023 as part of WTW’s Future of Finance initiative, the Global Finance Analytics – Centre of Expertise (GFA CoE) has rapidly evolved into a high-impact, multi-location team delivering strategic value across the business. What started as a 14-member team in Mumbai supporting regional Financial Planning & Analysis activities has now grown into a 50+ strong unit, with extended reach across multiple geographies and a growing presence in Lisbon, reflecting our multi-location strategy and commitment to global collaboration.
This growth is driven not only by scale and service expansion but by a clear mission: to drive efficiency, enable better colleague experiences, and deliver forward-looking analytics that power strategic decision-making.
