Are you an expert in workers’ compensation, ready to make a real impact for clients? At WTW, we’re seeking an Account Executive who will be at the forefront of delivering tailored workers’ compensation solutions. In this role, you’ll manage key client programmes, provide strategic advice on claims and premiums, and help organisations navigate the complexities of workers’ compensation across Australia. The Role
- Manage clients’ workplace risk programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services
- Providing Outsourced Return to Work support services for a range of clients
- Maintaining comprehensive client data and updating accordingly
- Producing analytical written reports for clients
- Completing premium renewals and policy placement of national workers’ compensation insurance
- Undertaking premium forecasting
- Maximising the revenue generated from the existing client base by continual analysis of client profitability and maximisation of group functions
- Support WTW to seek and secure new business opportunities through cross selling of broader WTW service offerings
- Adhering to all compliance and business processes
Qualifications
The Requirements
- Previous experience in a workers’ compensation role, or similar within an insurance or self-insurance environment preferably in Queensland
- Demonstrate a comprehensive knowledge of workers’ compensation claims principles and processes, and ideally how these vary by state
- The ability to identify key policy/premium influencing factors and provide support to the claims process
- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel skills
- Excellent report writing and correspondence skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear explanation to clients when required
- A customer centric approach to work
- Proactive time management skills and a proven record of prioritising workloads and meeting deadlines
- Demonstrated experience delivering accurate services on time to ensure service and quality standards are met
- Tertiary qualification in allied health or equivalent work experience desirable
