WTW’s Americas Insurance Consulting and Technology (ICT) Business, part of the Global Risk & Broking Division, is expanding its Practice Management & Business Operations. We are looking for a high-energy, tech-first Associate to support the Americas business. 

 

As Business Operations Associate, you will be both the coach and the player – designing, implementing, and optimizing the tools and processes that keep our professionals performing at championship levels. In this role you will orchestrate connections across Client Development, Proposals+, Client Services, Executive Services, Sales, Tech, and Practice Management to ensure operational alignment that enables scale. As ICT Americas grows, this role will evolve – offering opportunities to help shape new processes and operational frameworks. 

 

About the role

 

  • Partner with operations teams to identify areas for process and data improvement, design solutions, implement and champion the change. 

  • Design, implement and optimize SOPs and workflows, ensuring every step of business operation processes are consistent, efficient, and compliant. Driving efficiency, scalability, and growth. 

  • Drive data accuracy and insights across sales, service, billing, invoices, and colleague utilization — identifying discrepancies and implementing corrective measures.

  • Uphold data governance and system standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and trust across all revenue and operations data. Creating seamless data flow and visibility cross-enterprise.

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of enterprise initiatives to support corporate objectives and operational excellence. Includes performance review initiatives.

  • Partner with practice leaders, consultants and sellers, ensuring smooth training, and ongoing operational engagement and translations of business goals into scalable system capabilities.

  • Champion automation, AI, and process simplification to reduce manual work and accelerate outcomes across the ICT Americas organization.

  • Support the administration and operationalization of Excellence Programs from training to implementation and compliance.

  • Ad hoc projects that support the effective and efficient operations of ICT Americas. 

  • Remote position supporting colleagues in the Americas Time Zone with occasional need to support global projects. 

  • Position reports to Strategy Execution Lead for ICT Americas.

 

About You

  • Hands-on implementation experience; proven record of executing complex projects.

  • Influencing, relationship-building, and stakeholder alignment skills across a matrixed organization.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, with executive-ready presentation and advisory skills.

  • Collaborative, decisive, and accountable; adept at managing multiple priorities with high integrity and sound judgment.

  • Skilled at building SOPs, workflows, and scalable operational frameworks that support growth and efficiency. 

  • Technology-first orientation and eager to adopt modern technology. 

  • Self-starter that works well in a team and independently. 

  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized while working on a variety of different projects & managing team members within a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong observation, analytical, numerical reasoning, business acumen, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced, high pressure, and changing environments.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, build consensus, and facilitate problem-solving and collaboration amongst cross functional teams.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years in business and/or sales operations or process improvement roles, preferably in insurance, professional services, technology environment.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and operational technologies; Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred.

  • Ability to work overtime as needed.

 

This position will remain posted for a minimum of three business days from the date posted or until sufficient/appropriate candidate slate has been identified.

 

Compensation and Benefits 

Benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).

 

Compensation 

The salary compensation range being offered for this role is $62,000.00 to $68,000.00. 

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus.
