Through our teams we provide actuarial, valuation and pension services and solutions and support for stakeholders and clients in Great Britain and Western Europe.


As part of the Lisbon Center and Switzerland actuarial team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting our consultants at the Switzerland consulting office. As a key member of our team, you'll manage billing and business support tasks for multiple clients, collaborating closely with consultants to ensure seamless recurring processes on a monthly basis.

 

Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of business support activities, including organizational tasks, client documentation, billing management, and controlling reports. You'll also serve as the primary contact for all client billing-related inquiries, ensuring clear and efficient communication.

The Role

You will add value to the company by performing the following tasks:

  • Responsible for managing the entire monthly billing process, working closely with consultants to ensure accuracy and efficiency in the preparation of monthly invoices.

  • Serve as the primary contact for all billing-related questions and concerns, providing clear and timely responses.

  • Monitor open items to maintain financial health and proactively identify necessary actions.

  • Prepare detailed evaluations, analyses, and controlling reports to support informed decision-making.

  • Handle various administrative and organizational tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

  • Introduction of the billing process for new consultants & regular refresher training for all colleagues

In addition, you will also be expected to perform the following tasks outside the monthly billing cycle: 

  • Create and revise complex presentations and other documents in English, German, and French in accordance with WTW guidance.

  • Support and partially take over projects, contributing to their successful completion.

Qualifications

The Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, or related discipline; experience in secretarial support would also be a plus

  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German and French considered a significant asset

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships and collaborate effectively

  • Ability to work independently and in an international team in a fast-paced, hybrid environment, committed to delivering quality

  • Agile and resilient in a changing environment

  • Quick leaner and service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work in a focused manner with the flexibility to prioritize workload and requests

  • Can-do attitude with a strong sense of responsibility 

  • Excellent attention to detail including strong accuracy in document preparation

  • Ability to manage large volumes of data accurately

  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
