The Opportunity
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality service to both internal and external clients. In this role, you will work closely with Client and Account Managers from the local business team, supporting the delivery of effective solutions and ensuring a positive client experience.
What will you do?
The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and be oriented towards the fulfillment of objectives and to internal and external customer service, as they will collaborate with Client and Account Managers from the local business team.
To support the delivery of that strategy, you will:
- Process and analyse financial, membership, and invoicing data to support programme design
- Support RFP preparation and proposal analysis from carriers and vendors
- Assist with client placement and renewal deliverables, benefits plan design, and reporting
- Manage queries from clients, members, and vendors, escalating where necessary
- Support onboarding, enrolment, and policy renewal activities
- Collect, validate, and maintain enrolment, eligibility, and invoicing data
- Assist with claims administration and carrier/vendor invoice management
- Perform commission reconciliation and support client premium invoicing
- Ensure compliance with regulatory procedures
- Facilitate coordination between clients, WTW, and insurance vendors
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Hands-on exposure to operational processes including billing and invoicing, policy administration, renewals, enrolment, and claims management
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Experience in front-office activities and direct customer management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle complex issues
- Capacity to synthesise and present information clearly
- Customer-oriented approach with effective communication skills
- Proactive and able to work independently with limited supervision
- Comfortable collaborating within global teams
- Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on enhancing efficiency and effectiveness
