We are on the search for a Client Service Representative in our Client Services Group Risk team. The Client Services Team are a key part of our Health & Benefits line of business whom share a common passion of providing exceptional customer service that sets us apart. This is a hybrid role, working one day a week in our Knutsford office. We understand flexibility is key to supporting an inclusive and diverse workforce and this role can either be a full time position or part time working minimum 4 days a week. 

Experience in a Customer Service field would be ideal; however, no insurance experience is necessary.  Within this role you will build and maintain an excellent rapport with a portfolio of clients, whilst also being able to further develop your customer service skills, policy administration and insurance knowledge. Day to day responsibilities include the administration of insurance policies, handling and resolving client queries, supporting claims and liaising with insurers and colleagues.

The Role 

  • Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues via the telephone, MS Teams and email
  • Be the dedicated day-to-day point of contact for clients; resolving queries, providing support and liaising with insurers
  • Maintain client records on the database to ensure it is kept up to date and accurate
  • Assist clients with claims administration and processing
  • Participate in client meetings (virtual or in person) alongside the sales consultant as required
  • Monitor own workflow to ensure service levels are achieved
  • Attend regular training to maintain insurer product knowledge
  • Help to provide an efficient, professional service to meet all clients’ needs and to promote the Willis Towers Watson brand
  • Provide exceptional support to our clients, going above and beyond to support their needs
  • Be a strong team member, working closely with your colleagues 
  • Adhere to WTW core values

 

Qualifications

The Requirements

  • Customer service experience is essential
  • A background working either in financial services and/or insurance would be advantageous 
  • Able to work to a high level of accuracy
  • Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in using Outlook, Microsoft word & Excel
  • Knowledge of other health-related insurance policies & employee benefits is desirable, but not essential
